Hi all my brilliant and talented friends on WSB. I want to put together a picture CD and want to add music to the CD. Do I need special software to do this (I also want to add fades and other fun features). How do I do this?

Alot of computers have “Windows movie maker” and you can do it there as well.
Windows DVD maker is on newer computers as well as windows Movie Maker
Call me if you have a problem. I have done this commercially but it might take another couple of cups of coffee to remember what I used.
