Nicholson Kovalchick Architects is a young, energetic design firm located in the heart of West Seattle. We create innovative, sustainable, urban-infill projects and specialize in multi-family, mixed-use, resort, and single-family residential. Our goal is to improve residential typologies while increasing urban density- a key component of truly sustainable development.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect who shares our passions.
• Professional and/or Masters degree in Architecture
• 10+ years experience in all phases of design- SD thru CA
• Multi-family construction administration experience preferred
• Self directed and able to manage small design teams and client groups
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required; knowledge of SketchUp a plus
