    Hi, we have a problem in our crawl space I think – there is a weird moldy smell in the house and it seems to be coming from there. We looked in and saw some pieces of insulation have fallen down. Any suggestions for someone reliable to come take a look?

    It’s difficult to say whether your problem is pests or plumbing – or a combination of both. Hanging insulation is often a sign of rodent activity, which could also account for a weird, moldy odor. I know two guys who are each (IMO) the most awesome in their respective fields:
