Powerwashing our house

Our house has vinyl siding, which has acquired some mildew over the past few years. We want to have it cleaned off, preferably before the rainy season begins again. I would appreciate any recommendations for a local handyperson who does this type of work. Thanks!

Not West Sea, but Artisan Gutters and Windows (Ballard, I think) was by far the most reasonable price and they did a great job on our vinyl siding and roof! At the very least, get a couple of estimates, because some were outrageous.
