The Office Assistant – A/P Coordinator will provide administrative support to the accounting team.
What you will do:
• Assist with accounts payable process
• Bank statement reconciliations
• Cash and till drawer reconciliations
• Administration of reseller permits
• Assist with arranging office events, and logistics.
• Other special projects as assigned
What you should have:
• 1-2 years in an office setting, preferably supporting an accounting team.
• Some experience with a POS as well as Quick books would be helpful
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
