Part-Time Dog Walker

Are you looking to establish a new career in pet care, dog behavior & training, or animal welfare? Or are you already working in one of these fields and want to earn some supplementary income? If so, we’d like to hear from you. Puget Sound Puppers LLC is looking for people to join our team as dog walkers in West Seattle. Our pet care philosophy is grounded in positive and compassionate interactions with our furry clients, coupled with an understanding of what makes them tick. We treat them as individuals with their own particular needs and personalities, and we want like-minded people to support our mission of offering the best pet care in the Seattle area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity every day to hone your skills handling dogs, to learn more about their behavior, and to enrich the lives of the pets and humans we work with.

The sort of people who join our team show a commitment to working with pets and animals for the long term, so experience is not necessarily required. However, we will only consider candidates who can demonstrate a level of dedication that matches ours.

You must be at least 18 years old, be available during the day Monday through Friday (approximately 10am to 3pm), have daily, reliable access to your own vehicle, and own a smart phone capable of sending both email and text messages. A GPS app is a plus. All candidates will be asked to submit to a criminal background check before a job will be offered. This is a part-time position with potential for growth as our company moves forward.
