kootchmanMemberHe’s a winner alright. 5 Trillion debt, 23 million jobless, lowest growth rate of any recession OR depression in US History, stagnant GDP, lowest rate of new business starts in history…. and that ever popular Obamacare. Imagine, the worlds largest economy, and no budget in over 3 years. There’s so much to choose from dobro.. he did the impossible, raised inflation during recession… I thought only Jimmy Carter could pull that off. Let’s not forget Fast and Furious….that is a problem … we could go on, and on, and on…. well JaN there are currently 154 pieces of legislation … including five budget plans sitting on the desk of Harry Reid … awaiting action. Congress has been busy.. and doing their job… not the Senate. But, as the voters who overturned congress two years ago, are prone to do… they are getting ready to remedy that too.

Bush did not push through the loan. It went back for further review. That is not to say that he did not push the program that it was under. Fact Checking does wonders. I wish you guys would state the whole truth and not just the parts that make your side seem to look good.

The results of the Congressional probe shared Tuesday with ABC News show that less than two weeks before President Bush left office, on January 9, 2009, the Energy Department’s credit committee made a unanimous decision not to offer a loan commitment to Solyndra.
In 2008, Solyndra, then just three years old, pushed ahead with its application for government backing to build a new plant to produce its unique solar panels. An outside rating agency, Fitch, gave Solyndra a B+ credit rating that August. Two months earlier, in June 2008, Dun & Bradstreet issued a credit appraisal of the company. Its assessment: “Fair.”
Those are not top-of-the-line scores, Fitch Ratings spokeswoman Cindy Stoller told the Center for Public Integrity’s iWatch News, which has been investigating the deal in partnership with ABC News since March. She could not discuss the Solyndra review specifically, but said of a B+ rating: “It’s a non-investment grade rating.” She provided a company ratings definition, showing that B+ fal

DBPMemberI only wish that George WPE Bush had been more of a do-nothing President, too. Or rather, I wish that he’d been more consistent in his do-nothing policy.
Whenever there was a crisis, at first he’d rush to do nothing. And when he finally did do something, it was the WRONG thing.

kootchmanMemberBut here… GDP is now below 2% of GDP, unemployment is again rising, now 8.2 per cent, a whopping 14.6 effective unemployment. 69,000 new jobs which doesn’t even keep up with population growth, declining orders in manufactured goods… and more debt. Good month for the Prez eh? And what does he do… yes, indeed… back to the old standby…blame it on Bush. It’s getting worse. Figure about 45 per cent of this years graduates will find a job within 6 months. Ahhhhh only the truly devoted would even contemplate 4 more years of this. Clueless. well here we are three years later after his first stimulus …remember we would not go over 8 per cent? we haven’t gone under it his entire administration. Your SS is being funded by US Treasuries that aren’t even yielding 2%. But, … he is off doing SIX fund raisers in our ever so costly Air Force One ….. 24 million bucks of our tax dollars. Are you better off today then you were three years ago? 22 million aren’t. Back to Bush was worse… hey Mike..he isn’t running for office. Hussein is.
