Ongoing cleaning needed for short term rental in West Seattle Junction

I have a two bedroom, one bath apartment I use as a short term rental. It takes as little as 30 minutes and as long as an hour to clean, which includes changing out two beds’ linens, wiping down the bathroom and a small mini kitchen, vacuuming, folding towels, and taking out the garbage. In many instances, there is little need to vacuum or do much serious cleaning, as the guests are almost always very clean and tidy, as they are reviewed on how clean they leave my rental. I need a person to do this on a regular basis that has the flexibility to do it during the middle of the week, or on weekends, usually between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The compensation is $35 per cleaning. This would be ideal for someone that lives in West Seattle who works from home, and is looking for some extra income. There are as many as 2 – 3 cleanings needed per week. Good afternoon.
I saw your ad on the West Seattle Blog and am responding because of my previous experience and my West Seattle residency. I am currently employed for an event house here in Seattle that needs weekly cleaning and stocking of supplies. I have a reference for my time there which would prove me to be very dependable and honest in my dealings. I clean the large room with the hardwood floors, the kitchen and bathroom floors, and make sure it is ready for the next group that has it rented. I have been there for about 2 years. In the past, I have also worked for L.A. Fitness as a clean up person, mostly in the women’s locker room, and removing trash and recycling.
I have hours needed on Tues and Thurs and could also come around 1 or so on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am available on the 23, this Sunday.
