Akina Designs is a West Seattle based, eco-friendly landscaping company passionate about the earth and providing the best of design, installation and maintenance services to the greater Seattle area. Our team is currently looking for a self-motivated, organized, multitasking superstar to join our team as Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Ideal candidates will have previous office experience working as an Office Manager or Bookkeeper. Applicants must also be able to effectively and professionally interact with our clients and take pride in providing our customers with exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Manage daily schedules of crews and client meetings
Customer Service & Invoicing
Website content management and social media updates
Required experience/skills:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel 2013 and Outlook 2013
At least one year of experience with Quickbooks
Desired experience/skills:
Human resources experience
Experience working with SharePoint and OneNote
Familiar with landscaping industry, or at least love plants!
