The Westy is currently looking to fill a couple of key rolls, both in the kitchen and front-of-house. All positions must be 21 years of age or older.
Kitchen –
Seeking Lead Line Cook. Capable of leading the staff by example in the absence of the Chef. Capable of executing scratch recipes and food platings. Able to check in and place orders as needed.
Must be proficient in knife skills, and other standard kitchen skills.
Minimum 4 years experience.
Earnings DOE.
Front of House –
We need a solid, yet personable server. Must have an outgoing attitude and be capable of managing themselves under pressure.
Knowledgeable about beer and spirits, and be comfortable selling them and eager to learn more.
We have key shifts available. Please do not apply if you are looking for ‘a shift here or there’ or have not been recently working in the industry.
