I am in need of someone to do a little work around the house. Does anyone know somebody who is reliable and will not break the bank? I thought I saw recommendations in this forum, but have not found the post as of yet.

    Thanks!

I second dean — he’s done work for us for 7 years and we’ve always been pleased with his work and his rates. Most important–we trust him!

Having used Dean Wolff from Renton, next time I require a handy-person I will use Phil Segalla Construction (Licensed & Bonded)from West Seattle (206)-227-5212. Fifty Years experience; Meticulous, Courteous, reliable.
