    I’m a mom of one-year-old needing running and workout motivation help. I’m available M, W or F and would need to run with my stroller and daughter most of the time. Also would love to meet for playdates and eventually exchange a couple hours of childcare for each mom to get away for a little bit.

    gdm — you might want to look into Stroller Strides. I unfortunately found out about it after my kids were out of their stroller(s), but hear GREAT things about it and that it’s a kick – as* workout!

    I was going to recommend stroller strides also. I think this is their website http://fit4mom.com/programs Also, if you are a Y member we go running on Wednesdays at 9:15am. We leave the kids in childcare and go for a run.

    Definitely check out Fit4Mom. They have programs such as Stroller Strides and Body Back and it is a great way to meet other moms. There is also a Plum Moms group through Fit4Mom that you can join. Lots of fun events. I just finished my second round of Body Back through WS Fit4Mom and I am in the best shape of my life. Can’t recommend highly enough!

    I also love the WS YMCA. Great childcare and classes. Saved my sanity!
