MASSAGE THERAPISTS NEEDED FOR TEACHER/STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK (May 3-7)
Every year the PTA along with the parents of Lafayette have sponsored a wonderful week of events and treats to express our appreciation to the faculty and staff during Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week. In the past we have hosted a massage therapist to provide chair massages for a couple of hours during the week. Faculty sign up for a 10 minute time slot. Massage therapists who have helped with this in the past are not available this year, so we are looking for other massage therapists to help anytime during the week of May 3-7. If you know of anyone who may be able to volunteer an hour or two, please contact Gina Formea (gmf@quidnunc.net). Please note that although we aren’t able to reimburse the massage therapist, we do give them a Starbucks gift card to express our thanks and will provide a letter documenting their time donated if such will help them with continuing education/accrual of volunteer hours, etc…
