Ok.. we just experienced hurricane force like winds here in Vancouver,WA this afternoon and lost power about 3:20pm. Over 150,000 lost power in the region and winds were recorded at 70mph. I was watching bracketology when all of a sudden it sounded as if an 18 wheeler rolled over our house then poof! It was ugly and lasted for only a few minutes. I suspect the Columbian Basin awoke. That’s were most of our winds come from.
