Maintenance Technician for Junction 47

Junction 47 is located in the Junction where people want to live, shop and play. We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician. This position must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service; the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail. One or more years of hands-on general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required; experience in painting a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation (CAMT or CAMT II) a plus. Valid drivers license, some weekend availability, and rotating on-call responsibility for after hours emergencies required. Be part of a great team with Equity Residential.
