And then the indemnification given to certain people associated with businesses in West Seattle would likely run afoul of the “equal protection under the law” portion of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. Not to mention, the Washington State Constitution’s own equal protection clause “No law shall be passed granting to any citizen, class of citizens, or corporation other than municipal, privileges or immunities which upon the same terms shall not equally belong to all citizens, or corporations.”

@KBear, I never said I was more special than anyone. My point is actually the opposite, i.e. that individuals associated with West Seattle businesses are no more special than residents. And that the citations do not appear to comply with state law regarding traffic cameras or the equal protection clause.
