We just rescued this sweet, beautiful young dog two days ago and she has gotten out of our yard and was on the run in the Seahurst neighborhood of Burien on Monday (5/31) evening but now we think she may have made it to the beach and is headed up towards Fauntleroy and Alki.
She resembles a border collie or a black fox and is very gentle but is also very frightened and most likely will run if approached. We’re hoping that if anyone sees her they can call us and let us know where they saw her. (206-948-3516 or 206-948-3517) If you sit down and call her by name she might get close enough to catch but if not, we have a tracking dog on call who can come and track her if we get a recent sighting. She is wearing a bright green collar and has tags and is microchipped.
