Loose aggressive dog on 20th and SW Thistle

Large black and white spotted dog was in front of 8421 20th ave. Looked like it may have just gotten out of its yard but it charged across the street at my dog and I aggressively, thought he backed down when I yelled loudly at him. Think he may have just been territorial but not wanting a fight. Not sure how to attach a pic but I have one if anyone thinks they might know this dog
