Not West Seattle, but South Park – Colleens Creative Sewing (see her Facebook page). We found her through a friend who wedding dress she altered and we’ve worked with her a few times. She’s very reasonable and does great work. She altered a formal so that a very well endowed woman could wear it without a bra – and it worked wonderfully and looked great.
