Looking for Housing

Hello.

My name is Katlin and I am looking for a housing opportunity. I am a single mother of 1 child and I am currently in the middle of a divorce. My spouse and I are splitting custody so I am primarily looking for a place for myself. I am searching for a MIL unit or cottage, or something along those lines with 1-2 bedroom. I am hoping to rent long term for under $1700 per month. I am a non-smoker, I have no pets, and I am extremely dependable and responsible with great references. I am looking to move into a new place by beginning of July.

I live on Beacon Hill, near the Red Apple. Very central. I have a very nice 900 sq ft 1 bedroom remodeled basement apartment for rent starting July. I have never rented it before, so I am new to this. I am a female Seattle Public Schools teacher with a teenage daughter (senior). We live upstairs.
