rugsmithMemberHi – I need a Geotech engineer to help me with a permit for a deck. I need a letter stating that the foundation is stable. Anyone have any recommendations for me? Thanks!

IrukandjiParticipantHello Rugsmith! Here’s who we used: Geotech Consultants Northwest, Inc. Happy with their work.

JoBParticipantMy daughter worked for PanGeo before heading back to Virginia for her PhD…
I know they do excellent work and will refer you to someone else reputable if they don’t best fit your needs.

DavidFParticipantI have been using Geotech Consultants for years, at 425 747 5618. They have a great working knowledge of West Seattle, which is full of ECA(environmentally critical area) zones.

rugsmithMemberHi there – I posted this request for references about 7 months ago. I took a little break from this project and I still need a geotech engineer. I checked the references above and didn’t get much interest in my project, which is pretty small. So I thought I’d ask again now that some time has passed, does anyone know of a geotech that might be willing to work on a small project?
Thanks!

livingonthebeachMemberA lot has happened in seven months. I think companies might be more interested in any project.
Marc McGinnis at Geotech Consultants is awesome. He has worked on more than 5 West Seattle projects for me. Very knoweldable. (425)747-5618
Good luck.
