Looking for a woman roommate to share a house in West Seattle. The house is conveniently located on 35th Ave SW. It is on a bus line (21) and close to shopping (Westwood Village) as well as the arts (Kenyon Hall).

It is about a 10 min drive to Alki and 5 min drive to the Fauntleroy Ferry. Off peak hours you can drive to downtown in about 15min.

West Seattle has a “small town feel”, but is still in the city. Perfect location!

It is a two story house with a basement. There are two rooms on the main floor (these are the ones for rent) and an upstairs room (this is where I live).

There is a big yard perfect for BBQs and get-togethers.

The basement has a one bedroom apartment that is already rented.

No pets please! No smoking inside, but you can smoke outside.

Rent is $450 including utilities. First and last months rent is needed plus a $200 refundable deposit.

Open to ALL applicants. The current residents are conservative Christians.
