Hi all. I’m looking for a 2 or 3 br house with a yard in West Seattle. I have two small children who will soon be starting school and who need room to play. We are very neat and tidy and experienced do-it-yourselfers. Maximum rent $1500 / mo. including utilities. Anyone having trouble selling a house and considering selling it to responsible professionals?
Thanks JanS, We are looking to rent. I know most houses don’t include utilities, and if that is the case, the max rent would be probably around 1300 / month.
