The Cove School is currently looking for a full time lead facilitator for the summer and the 2024/2025 school year. We are a small preschool located in the West Seattle area. We are looking for someone who loves spending time with children, has a positive attitude and is a team player. Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 to 4:00pm. Planning hours are compensated separately.
Our children are between the ages of 2.5 and 5 years old. We are a mindfulness-based, Montessori inspired preschool. In our classrooms we look to provide a calm and warm environment, the right balance for our children to feel inspired and able to focus.
We are searching for someone who is looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in the way children learn. Our best facilitators are curious and willing to learn our curriculum and philosophy, have an ability to be flexible and welcome opportunities for growth. A strong intention and passion in early childhood education drives everything we do.
