Landscaping recommendation

I have a very small yard in need of a make-over. I have an idea of what I want (super low maintenance, drought resistant) but I need help on the plan and execution. Any ideas? Of course, as with everyone these days, my budget is limited.

She is very creative and mindful of her client’s budgets. She was very receptive to having me work along side her in my yard renovation to reduce labor costs. It was a total win/win. I made a new friend, she’s so much fun. I also learned alot about soil, plants and placement along the way….

My friend, Evie, has a very small landscaping/gardening company. She is a struggling college student, studying landscape arcitecture at the UW, and does small projects on the side to pay the bills.
