We’re re-opening our landscape materials yard near White Center, and looking for a motivated Yard Manager to help build and grow this new business. This is a hands-on role with real opportunity for advancement as we expand operations next spring. Knowledge of the landscape industry would be very helpful.
Our company focuses on recycling landscaping materials and providing high quality and sustainable products — including topsoil mixes, worm castings, organic fertilizers, and biochar.
Responsibilities:
-Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently
-Create sales tickets and process payments using our computer system
-Load customer vehicles with gravel, bark, soil, and other materials
-Maintain a clean, organized yard and keep products stocked
-Perform short local deliveries (within 5 miles)
-Provide friendly customer service and support
-Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license with good record
-Minimum 1 year experience operating construction equipment
-Must pass background check and drug screening
-CDL a plus
