DEFINITELY a lively time to get involved. Some neighborhood councils have just started or have relaunched. And as Jan points out, there are also peninsula-wide efforts getting off the ground – besides the one she mentions, there’s also a Green Space Coalition too. What area are you in? Since we cover or at least publish information about most of the local groups, I can probably rattle off a suggestion or two. In the next few days, regular meetings are ahead for the North Delridge Neighborhood Council (tomorrow), the West Seattle Crime Prevention Council (Tuesday), and the Morgan Community Association (Wednesday) for starters … Tracy
