Is this legit? Just went by our house…during a pandemic, after a curfew? 8:20 pm? Maybe just driving slow and playing music to cheer people up?

When I was a kid, if it was light out they came through our neighborhood.

Pandemic? Curbside service, at your house. As long as the driver is practicing good sanitation, shouldn’t be an issue.
