So I got on a jag today to make homemade hummus. Now I’ve made a ton and still have leftover cooked garbanzo beans. Can I freeze them for my next batch of hummus?
Are garbonzo beans the same as chick peas? If so, rachael ray did a really easy snack on her show a couple of nights ago where she heated up a little oil in a pan over med-high heat, added a can of chick peas, 2 tablespoons of black pepper, and about half a cup of grated parm-reg cheese at the end. Looked delicious!
