My husband and I are currently in Virginia but we are relocating to the West Seattle area. Our condo just sold and we should arrive in town around the 10th of June. Prior to our move to Virginia, we lived most of our lives in the PNW. We are returning due to my husband’s deteriorating mobility. The health care here is deplorable. West Seattle would place us close to the Seattle VA Medical Center. My husband is retired military with a guaranteed monthly income. We absolutely love the vibe of West Seattle and are looking for a long-term rental. 1 or 2 bedrooms. We have our eyes on the Whittaker apartments as they have an elevator, walk-in-shower and some of the amenities that would make life for a disabled person easier. I want to open things up and explore a bit before we make a final decision. I have 2 daughters and a sister in the area that can assist with any help I might need in touring or visiting a property. If you or anyone you know has ideas about apartments that might work-or a small house/apartment, please reach out. We have 2 cats that are well-behaved family members. Thank You.
