home owners side of camp long construction

So I was out in the backyard yesterday and I noticed that state construction workers were bringing in a backhoe to go through and clear out paths to the utility poles. I was curious if anyone has anymore information on it? I’m curious if it’s just something for the next two weeks or for longer. The construction worker I talked to said the pathway (which the backhoe seemed to be about 8ft wide, so im assuming it will be that large) will be maintained. This is between 35th and camp long.
