    Anyone know what the history is of the hunter green stripe painted down the middle of 41st Ave SW from Admiral Way northward? It seems to be repainted occasionally. Is it some kind of St. Patrick’s Day celebration? Hazing? Guerrilla action lane demarcation? Anyone know what the scoop is? Thanks!
