Grounds Maintenance Tech Position

We have an immediate opening for a grounds maintenance person. Experience in all aspects of grounds keeping helpful; experience in building maintenance a plus; tools and equipment supplied by Company. Duties include: mowing lawns, cutting and trimming brush/trees, weeding and maintaining planting beds, blowing walkways, common areas and parking lots, cleaning and pressure washing walkways/parking lots, picking up trash as well as hauling trash. Light building maintenance and other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager/Property Manager.

Wages $20.00 per hour, benefit package includes vacation and medical.
