propcncptsParticipantOur property management firm is looking for a Front Desk / Administrative Assistant who is professional, dependable, industrious, and eager to assist our clients and office staff. Because we are a well-established small company, a friendly, helpful, team attitude is essential. This is a Full time position with hours Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE
Communicates clearly and effectively, projecting a professional image on the phone, in person and in writing
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Minimum HS diploma, with further education and/or experience desired
Accomplishes tasks quickly with provided instruction, paying close attention to detail and quality
Possesses a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality
Able to work independently while in a group setting
Demonstrates a willingness to learn and apply new information when necessary
Utilizes a strong analytical ability and active listening skills
Capable of carrying a 25lb box up and down stairs
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
General Reception duties (answer multi-line phone, open/distribute mail, office machine usage)
Maintain files and perform research when necessary
Compile and Edit correspondence for individual and bulk mailings
Draft managers’ monthly activity reports
Complete and track flow of mortgage/escrow information as it relates to unit sales
Assist with special projects as requested
COMPENSATION is $11-$14/hr. DOE
