It’s already spring, summer is just around the corner, and you’re getting sick and tired of the treadmill, elliptical, bike…etc. Looking for a fun way to get fit that doesn’t involve tedious routine? “Fun” and “Fitness” don’t normally go hand in hand, but at West Seattle Fight and Fitness, we offer a new and innovative Kick Fit Boot Camp, providing you with the ultimate total-body workout. Instead of working out by yourself, not seeing results, join us in this energetic program to help you on your path to becoming a healthier you.
You will find yourself in a high energy and fully supportive environment. We will be using conditioning and techniques pulled from Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, and Kickboxing to help you get into shape!
Are you interested in gaining muscle strength, leading an active lifestyle, getting fit, losing weight and inches, and increasing flexibility? Do you want to learn how to overcome those mental barriers preventing you from surpassing that plateau you may have hit? WSFF’s Kick Fit Boot Camp is just what you need.
