“Just on the off chance that the owner may still be looking for it. We contacted both Sealth and Denny with no luck. The phone is locked, with a photo of the lock screen above. Anyone who believes this is their phone may email matt.richardson@seattle.gov. They will need to unlock it to prove ownership.”
