Today Thursday, at about 0930 I found a handsome male black and white short-hair cat, maybe blind? He was sitting at the corner of Oregon and Glenn (near 45th). He was just sitting there, at the crosswalk…looking stunned maybe?…and at risk of walking out into a BUSY intersection. I picked him up – he was quite dirty and friendly. I drove him to the vet – West Seattle Animal Hospital on 42nd and Alaska where they gladly took him in. They said he was stable, has been VERY hungry and thirsty today, eating/drinking well. They informed me that he is microchipped, but in Nevada to a shelter with no local registered owner in Seattle. He is at West Seattle Animal Hospital today, but they will send him to the humane society if no one claims him. I hope his people see this. He is a lovely boy. Their number is 206-932-3308.
