by Admiral PCC. Very friendly, no collar , female. Appears to have been running a while. call 206=805-9836.

This is probably a stupid question, but are you sure it’s a black lab, and maybe not a dark chocolate lab? Just suggesting it in case this is the chocolate lab that someone has been searching for for a couple of weeks. Their dog is microchipped, I believe.
