More coverage about this from the Seattle Times:

I bit more optimistic than reality, however… hopefully it will help resolve the situation. Councilman Conlin and Councilman Harrow are both working to put pressure on the Seattle Municipal Court to do the right thing.

Update: I called the courthouse to see if the hearing was still scheduled for Monday and the clerk said that the plaintiff had just cancelled the hearing.

They still have the $8,000 + judgement lien against us, so it is not over yet.

Hopefully all the public pressure is starting to persuade them that it is a bad idea for the city to simply take money from people who don’t owe it.

Did anyone catch the radio interview with Andrew Walsh on KIRO?

Here is the show if you missed it: https://app.box.com/s/eixais0a5jsl4nd5hys0

The FarmBoat dilemma was also mentioned on David Boze Show this morning in an interview with Glen Morgan at the Freedom Foundation. (http://davidboze.com/)
