Fences along Fauntleroy (4000 block)

Still a little naive about where to go for stuff and could use some help. Does anybody know who I can contact about getting the gates along Fauntleroy/West5 Bridge locked up? This is the area by the ‘Walking on Logs’ statues.

Looking to deter access to the neighborhood. Lots of petty crime going on that the police aren’t much help with.

Just looking for a little clarification as I’m a block up the hill from the gate(s) in question. What access will this deter- How are people coming up into the neighborhood here? It seems like those gates just access the hillside west of fauntleroy and the statues for maintenance purposes, but there doesn’t seem anywhere to come from or go to. There are however signs that a vagrant or vagrants have been sleeping/drinking under the east ramp (the spiral ramp) to the footbridge right there though I’ve never actually seen them. Looks as though the new signs they put up threatening you with nonexistent surveillance cameras aren’t working as well as they had hoped. Though it would be somewhat impossible to only provide vehicle or pedestrian access to the neighborhood for residents while keeping out everyone else. That would require relocation to a gated access restricted development.
