Staples definitely does. Many schools/PTSAs have a fundraising plan where they take them to recycle and get a little $$ in return.
Also, I recently learned that Office Max has refillable cartridges. I think there are certain types that are eligible, but you just bring your empty black ink cartridge in and they will refill it for about $5 less than a new one.
Find an elementary school that is recycling them — they get a surprising amount of $$ for them. Ours — Arbor Heights Elem — has a box in the lobby you can drop them off. Really, they’re a great source of cash for schools.
