mindiMemberOk – so I realize they are remodeling but maybe they should consider doing this while they are closed ! Last night when I walked in to go tanning there was absolutely no lighting in the lobby because they were working on electrical. When I opened the door there were 2 big ladders in the lobby and I could barely squeeze by them when the door opened. Also – there were power tools, ply-wood and junk filling the lobby so you could not sit. The men working outside the front door were smoking and the smell was coming in. If we weren’t leaving on a vacation in just a few days and I hadn’t already purchased several tans – I wouldn’t be going back.
I’m sure the place is going to be beautiful when its done but I was really disappointed they would try & do business in the state the place was in last night.

angr77ParticipantFunny, right before my account was frozen, about 2 weeks before. I went in for a tan while they were remodeling dust was everywhere, it was dark. I asked if they were open and the gal at the front desk said yes. I attempted to tan,but before entering the bed decided it was too loud and dusty to enjoy a tan. I mentioned (polietly) that perhaps they shouldnt be operating under those conditions, it was hard to breathe. I received no response from her. It was just a suggestion. Guess Money is more important to the new ownership then health and repeat customers???

celeste17ParticipantWhile tanning might damage the sun the light from the tanning should at least guard against seasonal depression.

JustSarahParticipantMy daily 1000 IU caplet of vitamin D also guards against SAD, and look! No skin cancer risk!
