    I have an appointment coming up where I need to be in Kirkland at 5:30. Wondering if it makes sense to use the low bridge just before 5 am? Is there much traffic that early? Should I plan to take 1st Ave S bridge?

    I drive the low bridge eastbound every morning around 4:30. In the last year or so I have experienced two bridge openings and one blocking accident which required me to detour. Otherwise it’s very light traffic that time of day.
