My girlfriend and I are looking for either a home or apartment. Possibly willing to share a apt or house. We do not have animals or use drugs. Please let us know if you see or hear anything. THANKS!!

Call prestige rental. they handle a large number of inexpensive places in West Seattle…

and check out California just north of morgan junction. there was more than one sign for an inexpensive rental up there in the last few days…

and have you checked housing maps? that is the shortcut way to find rentals.

check 3 times a day if you can because the listings come and go quickly as landlords become overwhelmed with responses. And don’t give up becasue something disappears… they often pop back up when those who showed initial interest don’t pan out.. so it is often worthwhile to call listings that have disappeared.

i wish i had known that the first time i used them.

    also.. how inexpensive is inexpensive?

What’s inexpensive?. WS has got very expensive in the last two years. I’ve seen places for $450 and all of them were dumps and not very clean. Be willing to shell out at least $600 and up because cheap rooms are rare in WS. If you want cheap head over to Delridge or White Center.

    glocson..

last night on housing maps, there were 3 places that seemed like a place i would want to rent if i didn’t have dogs and hubby and books and plants and stuff.. in the $800 range… one in a brick building in the admiral district.

i get bored looking.. so once in a while i check out both the low end and the high end for entertainment.

yeah, i know. i gotta get out more.

My summer house guest found a studio apartment at California and Walker for $775. He smokes, so he had to pass on some of the lower priced places in the Admiral area.

My roommate and I are looking for a place to move into around 1 October. If anyone knows of a 2 bedroom that allows a small (30lb) housebroken dog for around $1000/month, I’d love to know about it. We’d prefer to stay in West Seattle.
