Dental (endodontics) Front Office

West Seattle Endodontics is looking for a fabulous new front office receptionist to join our team! This is an awesome place to work with two very kind dentists, a lovely gentleman as our office manager, and three fun dental assistants.

The office is locally owned (both docs live in West Sea) and boutique-style. We take good care of our patients and treat them like family. Sadly, one of our front office team members is leaving to go back to school, pursuing her dream. (Sad for us, but happy for her) So we are beginning the search for her replacement.

The most important thing about this job is a friendly, positive attitude and kind personality. We would love it if you had dental insurance experience, since it can get complicated – but we can also train. You would be answering phones, scheduling patients, organizing charts, checking on insurances, etc.
