IheartwestseattleMemberI love Shanti Salon and Spa for everything from hair to pedicures to massage and facials. It smells so good, the decor is amazing, and the staff is always so friendly, no matter who I see, I receive exceptional service from true professionals, and they are Aveda! I love Aveda as much as West Seattle! The owner their is nice as pie, and the staff they have currently is the best I have ever experienced …they are just so good, and the best place to get a hair service from in all of Seattle!

lovinglifeMemberI just returned from the NICEST facial at a new spa in Maple Leaf area, which is just south of northgate on roosevelt. and although it isnt technically west seattle, i think my post is relevant for this great reason: the owner (and esthetician who did my facial) is a west seattle resident! and……..she said that through the month of may, she’s offering half off of spa pedicures and facials for West Seattle residents! So I ended up paying $65 for a service that would’ve been $125! The place is called “Petal and Vine” and I recommend it to anyone. Ive already scheduled a mommy-daughter day for mother’s day! Very european feeling boutique, charming nail area, and the most relaxing, indulgent facial/massage room!

susangParticipantI had a super facial from Karen at Sara’s Skin Butik on Harbor Ave. The space is small – one client at a time – so you have lots of privacy and quiet for relaxation. Karen uses a botanical-based European beauty line that smelled heavenly and left me feeling moisturized and refreshed. She also does a parafin dip for the hands and follows that with a fabulous neck and shoulder massage. The space is a bit of a challenge to find – across the street from Jack Block park where the former Sleepless in Seattle espresso stand is (it has a different name now…). Truly great experience!

ashimaParticipantHi! I highly recommend Spa West Seattle for facials and massages, the staff is professional and attentive. Another great option is The Spa at Adero, which offers full-day treatments including body massages and facials.
