A chiropractic clinic in the heart of West Seattle is interviewing for a chiropractic administrative assistant. This position requires a candidate who thoroughly enjoys working with the public and who will bring strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to the position. Attention to detail is important. We are a small, but busy office with need for additional administrative, reception, and doctor support.
Typical responsibilities may include support to the doctor during examinations and taking of health histories, answering phones and scheduling patients, greeting and rooming patients, reviewing patient files for compliance and accuracy, reading chart notes and charges for accuracy, entering charges and payments, obtaining health insurance benefits and eligibility, scanning/entering patient files into an electronic system, and some correspondence and reports. This is a very computer oriented position, so applicants should have strong computer skills. We are looking for an applicant who can work Monday through Friday from 7:45-12:15pm with the opportunity to work later on Fridays.
