I don't have anyone to recommend but thought I might give you the warning that since the Nissqually quake there are some new constraints on chimney repairs by the city. My guess it that to take care of this you are looking at a substantial rebuild of the chimney with demolition well beyond what you might expect.
Get a mason over to give you the straight scoop as I might not be dead on.
