ChildCare Assistant Position

Well established childcare for 20 yrs + looking for a partime/fulltime assistant

30 – 40 hours a week

Monday – Friday

Wages: depending on experience

I do not provide childcare for staff’s children

Duties and responsibilities:

Working directly with myself to insure the saftey, health, emotional well being and happiness of the children at all times.

Assist in all areas

Clean-up after all meals and snacks

Diaper changing

Working with mixed ages birth to 8 years of age

Must enjoy working with children

Professional, pleasant, friendly contact with childcare clients

Maintaining control and organization throughout the day

Reliable as we depend on you to be here

Requirments:

18yrs and up

Have Drivers License (you will not have to transport)

Pass a criminal history check

Pass First Aid, CPR, HIV class

TB Mantoux test

Obtain food handlers card

Within the first few months get your 20 hours stars training
