Nope, we used to get them at the Arctic Circle on 1st Ave. in Des Moines back in the day. I tried a dilly bar a few years back and was bummed because the non-chocolate flavored coatings were waxy and not very flavored.
We were at the DQ on Highway 2 in Monroe last week (not that close to here, I know), and they had cherry dipped cones, as well as the butterscotch. I didn’t end up getting one, so I can’t vouch for the quality of the coating. :-)
